The motorcycle scene is alive and well in Indianapolis. Here is our photo re-cap of The Reunion Motorcycle Show, the city’s biggest annual gathering of bikes of all types from old to new and stock to custom.
Each year, the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame raffles off motorcycles during a year-long campaign to raise money for the charity. All proceeds from the raffle go to support the 501(c)(3). This 2017 Ural Gear-Up “Adventure Together” Edition is the AMA raffle bike to win this year and we had the privilege of working on the project.
Imagine buying a home and finding out it once belonged to a legend. A larger-than-life character with a bio that reads like a collection of tall tales. When we heard the current owner of Cannon Ball Baker’s house wanted to raise money for a historical marker, Corey made a beeline down to Cannon Ball Brewing Co. in Indianapolis for their fundraising event.
Each summer, Heindl Engineering hosts a rally at their Western Ohio sales & service shop where a large contingent of Ural riders gather. This was a great opportunity for us to get in some saddle time on the old highways from Indy to Eaton. Come on a sidecar ride with us as we shine a spotlight on this midwestern Mecca for Ural motorcycles.
The Garage Brewed Moto Show is hosted inside a very cool venue in Cincinnati, OH. Though the Rhinegeist Brewery is massive and cavernous, it’s filled wall to wall with bikes and attendees during peak hours of the one-day show. Here’s just a taste of the event’s unique vibe.
The buzz begins early on social media and, on the weekend of the Mama Tried Motorcycle Show in Milwaukee, bike-pics fill the feeds of many, many online moto channels.
