Each year, the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame raffles off motorcycles during a year-long campaign to raise money for the charity. All proceeds from the raffle go to support the 501(c)(3). This 2017 Ural Gear-Up “Adventure Together” Edition is the AMA raffle bike to win this year and we had the privilege of working on the project.

This two-wheel drive sidecar from Ural Motorcycles is a special edition, outfitted by us (the Wilkinson Brothers of Good Spark Garage). It was carefully set up and dialed in by one of the nation’s top Ural sales & service dealerships, Heindl Engineering of Eaton, OH. Like us, the Heindls are longtime members of the American Motorcyclist Association.

Inspired by the theme of “Adventure Together,” this Ural sidecar motorcycle is meant for exploration with friends or family (or a pet!) who seek adventure in all types of terrain. Whether discovering nearby backroads or taking the long way to a National Park, the winner will be creating memories that will last a lifetime.

AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days

The Ural AMA raffle bike was introduced to the public at AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days, the country’s biggest bash for vintage motorcycling. The event includes the largest motorcycle swap meet in the US along with bike demos, vintage racing, seminars, bike shows and more. As you can see in the pics below, it was a hit.
