We were drawn to this cool li’l shop when we heard about their motorized bicycles that were inspired by ol’ board track motorcycles and vintage racers. At the southern end of the retail/residential neighborhood of Broad Ripple (SoBro), National Moto+Cycle Co. sells pedal-powered, electric and small-engined bicycles. Here’s a look inside their shop in Indianapolis.

Yep, it’s the biggest MvR event in America, but that hasn’t stopped Steel Toe Press from making it even bigger in 2013. The top-notch motorcycle and scooter rally will expand to include hot rods among thousands of vintage bikes n’ scoots. With the addition of the Aragon Ballroom, Chicago’s premiere venue for live entertainment, attendees will experience an indoor and outdoor mix of motorcycles and music, featuring Reverend Horton Heat, ‘Stray Cat’ Lee Rocker, the Supersuckers and more great bands.
It’s a big weekend in Indy during the 2013 Dealer Expo and the Progressive International Motorcycle Show (PIMS). On Friday night, we dropped in on the Int’l Motorcycle Show to check out the new bikes and products. Even though we’ve seen the manufacturer’s models in print or web articles, it was nice to see them in person to get a sense of size and scale. See our picture-post below…
Chicago’s Mods vs Rockers has grown to the biggest event of its kind in the USA. Attendees will see European, Japanese and American motorcycles of all types show up for this top-notch motorcycle and scooter rally. Vintage, custom, modern, and unique bikes line the curbs of North Lincoln Ave and thousands of people fill the sidewalks outside Delilah’s. At this year’s event, Lee Rocker and his band-mates capped off the night with some bass-slappin’ Rockabilly at the Bottom Lounge.
