The guys at ICON Motosports have high standards for design. They love to make things work well AND look good (in their words: “go fast, look flash”). Spanning many genres of motorcycling, they have a way of turning heads with their builds that make modern hipster bikes look painfully pedestrian. There’s a gnashing-of-teeth quality to their bikes, like these featured Team RAIDEN Triumph Tiger 800XCs built in collaboration with Motoworks Chicago.

From the desk of ICON Motosports: Full capacity ADV bikes are the fastest growing segment in motorcycling, yet they are rarely seen strafing the deserts in a competition setting. Triumph Motorcycles and ICON Raiden wanted to change that. The result is the Team RAIDEN Triumph Tiger 800XC.

By collaborating with the experienced Baja outfit at Motoworks Chicago “Team 312”, industry leading hard-parts brands, and an innovative outlook on ADV apparel, ICON Motosports aims to complete the most extensive endurance testing of a full capacity ADV bike.

The Baja efforts of Team RAIDEN are one aspect of an extensive testing cycle of ICON RAIDEN ADV apparel, which is a bolder, more athletic offering for adventure riders. Currently, the gear is being tested in locations around the globe, and extensively at ICON’s home office in Portland, OR.
