Walking right up to extremely valuable and rare machines is a treat. Place ’em in the middle of the speedway of speedways and it’s an awe-inspiring experience…especially when they’re fired up. Corey took his sons on a sidecar trip to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway during the SVRA Brickyard Vintage Racing Invitational followed by a ride through the town of Speedway, Indiana.
For safety, we try to be conscious of what we wear when riding motorcycles. And when riding vintage or retro motorcycles, we like to find outerwear that fits the visual theme. The Garage Brewed Moto Show is hosted inside a very cool venue in Cincinnati, OH. Though the Rhinegeist Brewery is massive and cavernous, it’s filled wall to wall with bikes and attendees during peak hours of the one-day show. Here’s just a taste of the event’s unique vibe.
This big motorcycle-centric complex in St. Louis is a destination worth including on your moto-calendar. Without stepping outside, you can peruse over 100 bikes that span over 100 years (Moto Museum), shop at a two-level, well-stocked dealership (Moto Europa), then sit down for a bite at a motorcycle-themed restaurant (Triumph Grill).
