For us, unwrapping an ODFU Clothing Co. parcel at the shop has become a prompt to hop on the bikes and goof off. We donned our new ODFU limited edition tees and threw a leg over our custom Scrambler build for an impromptu photo shoot. Here are the results of that jaunt…
The shirts featured in this post are the black Angel of Speed and the navy blue ODFU x OTOR special edition tee in collaboration with OTOR magazine. Also, we should note, during these cool Spring days, Corey has opted to wear a long-sleeve under-layer; so the striped sleeve you see under the “Angel” tee is another great apparel company we support: Hometown Jersey.
We have an appreciation for how ODFU owner/artist, Kevin Wilson, merges his passion for design with the realm of motorcycling. He combines careful consideration of illustration with high-quality fabrics, then offers his goods in limited runs only. So when they’re gone, well, you’ll just have to wait till his next inspiration is screen-printed and claim yours before they’re sold out.
We built this Wilkinson Bros Honda CL360 Scrambler for a good friend who, God bless him, lets us take it to bike shows and run some gas through it now-and-then (thanks, Steve!!). So today, we had some run-n-gun fun on it to show off our new shirts.
Once, at a bike show where this li’l scrambler sat clean and shiny, we overheard a fella say, “I hope that thing gets ridden.” If that guy ever comes across this post, he’ll be happy to know the bike gets its time in the sun and soil.
Back to the T-shirts: These cool tees provide us an excuse to shut the laptops, decompress and twist the throttle. A quick note to Kevin: Thanks for producing what has become our ‘fun-prompts’! To get a good idea on what we think of the craftsmanship, look here and here for our previous reviews.
Go have a look at the ODFU website and peruse his passion-infused products. If you like a good-fittin’ tee with unique moto-graphics, you’ll probably like whatcha see!
